Why we shouldn’t let our dorm rooms be a refuge for the homeless

The walls of a room at a dormitory in Puerto Rico are covered in sheets.

Inside, people are sleeping, sleeping on the floor, sleeping in the same beds, and sleeping in tents.

All of these things can be dangerous.

They’re not a good fit for a homeless person who might be in a vulnerable position.

So the dormitory doesn’t offer them a refuge.

The building, however, is a place of safety for people with severe mental health issues.

But that’s not enough.

This week, the U.S. House passed a bill that would make it a felony to put someone in a dormitories, regardless of how much they need the shelter.

The bill would require that dormitory facilities be accessible to people with mental health problems.

It would make a shelter in the dormitory a crime and would also criminalize the use of the shelter to house people who are not in crisis.

The shelter in question would be in the school, and would be a place where people with psychiatric disabilities could seek help.

The dormitory that houses this person would be considered a shelter for people who have severe mental illness, and the person would likely have severe psychiatric conditions.

Under the bill, the shelter would be exempt from federal laws against involuntary commitment and would have to comply with all the other requirements for a shelter.

It also wouldn’t have to be accessible, and it would be prohibited from serving alcohol.

Under a federal law that makes it a crime to use a shelter to place someone in distress, a shelter would also be illegal if it serves alcohol.

The Senate passed the bill this week and it will now go to the House, where it could face a similar fate.

The new bill, House Bill 1615, is titled “Emergency Shelter for the Homeless.”

It was introduced by Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-NY) and Rep. Keith Ellison (D/MN).

It was co-sponsored by Reps.

Jim McGovern (D), Jerrold Nadler (D) and Steve Cohen (D).

The House has already passed a version of this bill.

It includes a measure that would require shelters to be equipped with a suicide prevention hotline and to provide people with a safe place to live.

This would be an important step in addressing the problem of homelessness and providing people with disabilities with the help they need.

If you or anyone you know needs help with homelessness, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

The National Center for Transgender Equality, an LGBT civil rights group, has released a statement on the House bill, urging it to pass and saying, “We believe it is in the best interest of the homeless to be able to access housing where they can live in safety and dignity.”

The statement adds, “The legislation would also provide safe, supportive housing options for people of color and other marginalized communities.”

The ACLU has been advocating for this legislation for years, and we are glad that the House is moving forward with it.

We will continue to work on a solution that addresses the real issues that need to be addressed in order to help the homeless.

In the meantime, if you’re a person with severe psychiatric disabilities who has been denied housing, you can contact the National Center on Mental Illness at 1-(877) 523-3500.

If your situation is more complex, you may contact the U-M Mental Health Alliance.
